On your site - Free (files are sent to you after payment)
On our server - Annual hosting fee(after FREE 1st month) - $35
Updates to online brochures
After you send us your PDF for a trial online brochure and have agreed to move forward, you may change the content and by sending an updated PDF. However, if you need to make changes after that, there is a fee for re-generating the online brochure. (Even if it is one page, we have to re-generate the entire file.) The cost is $10 plus 20% of the original fee. If your publication requires frequent updates, please call for a custom quote.
Adding table of contents
Table of contents are built manually and priced according to the number of entries. We will quote when we see the PDF. Please note, that if you need to update the content of your online publication, the table of contents will need to be rebuilt each time. Minimum - $15.
Creating URL links in publication
The best way to create links in the online publication is to have them built into the PDF when it is created. Our software will detect these and automatically create the links - so there is no additional charge to you. However, you need to be using professional software such as InDesign to do this. If you cannot do this, we can create the links for you. The price is determined when we see the scope of the work based on your PDF file. Minimum - $15.
Please note: Adobe Acrobat Reader may see links such as "http://abcde.com" and let the user access that URL but it is not truely embedded in the PDF file and it will not be converted in the flip page process.
Recurring publications - call
This is for magazines, newsletters, periodicals, etc., that are updated on a regular basis. We price these individually based on size and frequency.
